I am so grateful to CKM Care for taking care of mum after she came out of hospital, and also for being so supportive to our family as a whole.
Mum has been able to reabilitate in her own home with the help of her carer, who arrives at the same time every day and follows mum’s routine which is very important to mum.

The CKM team regularly check in with me to ensure that mum is getting everything she needs from them.

We rarely need to use agency support, however, recently at very short notice we were funded 1-1 for one of our residents. I called CKM and was greeted with a very friendly and professional person on the phone who assured me that they could help with our staffing. They were true to their word and covered the next day immediately and by the following morning the next 7 days were covered. The staff that covered were polite, knowledgeable, well trained and fitted in to our close-knit team exceptionally well. They kept the same core staff for continuity for our residents. We will always go back to them, with confidence, whenever the need arises.
