As a dedicated leader, you’ll oversee a team of healthcare assistants, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and fostering a culture of patient-centric care.
Responsibilities:
Care Plan Development and Implementation:
- Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans for service users.
- Ensure all care services align with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of healthcare assistants, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
- Effectively prioritize workload and tasks within the team.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implementing necessary improvements.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure service user safety and satisfaction.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Professional Development:
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and developments in healthcare practices and technology.
Requirements:
- Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, including leadership roles.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and healthcare best practices.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
