As a dedicated leader, you’ll oversee a team of healthcare assistants, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and fostering a culture of patient-centric care.


Care Plan Development and Implementation:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of personalized care plans for service users.
    • Ensure all care services align with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Team Management:

    • Manage a team of healthcare assistants, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
    • Effectively prioritize workload and tasks within the team.

Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, implementing necessary improvements.
    • Conduct regular assessments to ensure service user safety and satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration:

    • Liaise with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Professional Development:

    • Stay informed about the latest advancements and developments in healthcare practices and technology.


  • Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, including leadership roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines and healthcare best practices.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
