Domiciliary Care Worker

Location – Essex

Job Description:

• To attend to service users primarily in their own home
• To carry out a range of care tasks for clients as indicated on the Service User Care Plan and directed by the Manager.

Tasks include:          

1. Personal care tasks include (but are not limited to): Bathing, toileting, pad changing, washing, dressing, and feeding.
2. light household care
3. Social Care Tasks include (but are not limited to): conversation, friendship, support, and letter
4. Administering or prompting medication
5. Working in partnership with all relevant professionals to provide a strength-based, outcomes-focused approach to your work.

We provide care 365 days a year between the hours of 6am – 10pm and these are split into 4shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bedtime)

Experience: Care experience is not essential however experience in the role will help.

Those that have worked in Customer Service, hospitality or retail sector have transferrable skills that can be utilized in this field.

Pay Rate: Good rates of pay, flexibility and guaranteed earning.
